UPDATE (23 September 2026): Due to the significant number of questions received, this Special Notice is amended to extend the Request for Information (RFI) submission deadline. This extension allows the Personal Property Activity (PPA) team to review the questions received and provide responses as applicable. The PPA team responses will be posted at a later date prior to the RFI submission deadline. Companies or interested stakeholders who have already submitted an RFI response may revise or update their submission prior to the new deadline.
