This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the requirements, scope, responsibilities, and deliverables for the replacement and disposal of the 150kVA emergency power diesel generator located on Camp Zama Japan Building 121. This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The written solicitation, issued as SF1449 (Form), is attached to this notice and constitutes the official solicitation. Quotes are being requested in accordance with the instructions herein and within the attached SF1449. The statements required by FAR 12.202(b)(1) are included in the uploaded documents. Expecting award date is around 30 Oct 2026 (subject to change). Description of Services: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials to perform the decommissioning, removal, disposal, and replacement of the existing 150kVA emergency power diesel generator at Building 121, Camp Zama, Japan. The primary objective is to safely disconnect and dispose of the existing unserviceable generator (Toyo Denki Seizo / TYND-215) and install a brand new 150 kVA / 120 kW diesel generator (208/120 VAC, 50 Hz).
