NO SOLICITATION OR SPECIFICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. 2. Proposed Solicitation Number: N40084-17-T-5401, FSC Code: Z1JZ, NAICS Code: 811310 3. PROCUREMENT METHOD: The Government will utilize FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. 4. CONTRACT TYPE: The anticipated contract type is a fixed price, performance-based, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract comprised of Recurring and Non-Recurring Work Items. 5. CONTRACT PERIOD: The anticipated contract period will be for a Basic Period of 12 months and four (4) one-year Option Periods with a planned start date of 01 OCT 2017. 6. LOCAL SOURCE RESTRICTIONS.
