Ft.: 6,900 Maximum ABOA Sq. Ft.: 6,900 Space Type: Class A Office Term*: 10 years, 5 years Firm *However, Offerors are encouraged to submit rates for all terms available in the AAAP for consideration against future GSA requirements. Agency Unique Requirements: Six (6) onsite, designated, surface parking spaces are required for use by the Tenant Agency.
