The US Army Corps of Engineers Engineer Research and Development Center intends to issue an award to Association for Computing Machinery located at 1601 Broadway FL 10 New York NY 10019 7434 on a sole source basis utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures as outlined in FAR Part 13. The requirement is for one physical site license for the following journals Subscription Supply from the Association for Computing Machinery. The license is proprietary to ACM. ACM Journal is the exclusive owner of the content and information available through Association for Computing Machinery Journal. The ACM electronic titles are as follows ACM ALL PUBLICATIONS PACKAGE. The NAICS code for this requirement is 513120 with a size standard of 1000 employees. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. A solicitation will not be issued however all responsible sources may submit a capability statement proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The information submitted must be provided in sufficient detail to demonstrate the vendors ability to fulfill this requirement. The contractor must also provide a description of their past experience in fulfilling requirements that are the same or similar to this requirement and references for each.
