NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Department of Veterans Affairs VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS) Acquisition ID#: 36C261 26 AP 4343 The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), intends to award a Firm Fixed Price sole source contract to Novogene Corporation Inc. for single cell 3 RNA sequencing (scRNA seq) on fresh human cell samples, including full library preparation, sequencing, quality control, and downstream bioinformatics analysis.
