This notice is for pre-solicitation purposes only and is issued to provide advance notice of the Government's intent to solicit this construction requirement. This notice is not a request for quotes, proposals, or bids, and no contract award will be made as a result of this announcement. The official solicitation is anticipated to be posted on or about August 19, 2026, on SAM.gov, at which time all solicitation documents, including the Statement of Work, drawings, specifications, and proposal submission instructions, will be made available.
