Operations Support NAICS: 561210 Facilities Support. Small Business Size Standard - $47 Million. NOTICE TYPE: Solicitation for a 100% Small Business Set-aside. PURPOSE: The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has a requirement for a firm fixed price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Requirements contract made up for one (1) base period and four (4) one year option period for O and M services at Old Hickory Lake. Old Hickory Lake is located on the Cumberland River approximately 25 miles upstream from Nashville, Tennessee. The areas of work are located in Sumner, Wilson, Trousdale, and Davidson counties of Tennessee. Principal cities in the areas are Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet, Old Hickory, Lebanon, Hermitage and Hartsville Tennessee. Old Hickory Lock and Dam is located on mile 216.2, and the Visitors Center, Resource Managers Office, Shop Office, Operations Area, and Contract Administrators Office are near Old Hickory Dam in Hendersonville, Tennessee. SOLICITATION AND CONTRACT TYPE: It is anticipated that from the Request for Proposal Solicitation, the Government will award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Requirements Contract to the firm that provides the best value to the Government.
