ADDITIONALLY, CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED FOR COSTS RELATED TO RESPONSE PREPARATION AND/OR SUBMITTAL. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, (NSWCCD) has a follow-on requirement to provide support for new and emerging software technologies related to ?Big Data? processing and ?Cloud Computing? to improve Navy system data processing architectures. The scope of services spans from advances in software standards and technologies for data processing, storage, simulation/generation, and visualization to new software capabilities being developed for Navy systems both afloat and ashore and provides signatures guidance to anti-submarine warfare (ASW) operators via increasingly complex software systems of systems subject to the rapidly expanding cybersecurity threat. Included with this sources sought notice is a draft Statement of Work (SOW), draft personnel qualifications, and a market research questionnaire for industry to review/complete.
