The 115th Fighter Wing in Madison WI is conducting market research to identify sources capable of providing indoor firing range cleaning in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government intends to use information received in response to this Sources Sought notice to: assess industry capability and commercial availability; identify customary commercial practices for indoor firing range cleaning; identify potential issues, ambiguities, omissions, or recommended revisions to the PWS; and evaluate the feasibility of a small-business or other socioeconomic set-aside acquisition strategy. This notice is issued solely for market-research and planning purposes. It is not a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quotation, invitation for bid, or commitment by the Government to award a contract. The Government will not reimburse respondents for costs incurred in preparing or submitting a response. Range Ammunition History: The range does not currently use, and has not used, lead ammunition. Respondents are requested to consider this condition when reviewing the PWS and providing recommended commercial practices, required safety measures, cleaning methods, waste-handling procedures, and proposed PWS revisions.
