09/30/2026: Amendment 0014 will be issued on October 5, 2026 for Alliant 3 Request For Proposal (RFP), 47QTCB24R0009, to incorporate Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) changes to the solicitation. A signed SF-30 that acknowledges the amendment is required to remain eligible for award. Alliant 3, Phase 2 awards will be issued shortly after the amendment acknowledgement is due. ++++++++++++++++++ 05/07/2026: The Alliant 3 Team is committed to completing phase two awards by the end of the fiscal year. At this time, it has not been determined if additional phases will be necessary to achieve all 76 awards (plus ties) as we work through clarifications.
