In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for: Custom Manual Operation Polypropylene Wet Benches - 1 Lot To LabAire Systems, 9650 Newton Ave. S., Bloomington, MN 55431 as the only source of these custom manual operation polypropylene wet benches. These systems satisfied operational/safety requirements due to a unique combination of chemical compatibility engineering, custom dimensional fabrication, and cleanroom delivery capabilities. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
