Summary from the notice
The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for locally employed staff health insurance coverage. The Embassy encourages prospective offerors to offer off-the-shelf plans that meet at least the minimum benefit levels required in this solicitation. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable offer at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial proposals, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference. Pre-proposal conference to discuss the requirements of this solicitation will be held by Government on 23 July 2026 at the time and place which offerors will receive information by email. See Section L of the attached Request for Proposals (RFP). Proposals are due by 17:00 Central European Time (CET) on 14 August 2026. No proposals will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Your proposal must be submitted electronically to [email protected] .
