The proposed contract action will be solicited using Full and Open Competition in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.101, and not be a small business set-aside under RFO Part 19 nor a local area set-aside under RFO Part 26. 3. NAICS Code: 334517 and PSC: 6665 4. Description: (i) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Innovation and Strategy Directorate (ISD), Non-Intrusive Inspection Division (NIID), on behalf of the Office of Field Operations (OFO), has an immediate requirement for two types of Large-Scale Fixed System, the Low-Energy Portal (LEP) system and Multi-Energy Portal (MEP) system.
