Pre Solicitation Upgrade Security Cameras at Roseburg, North Bend and Brooking CBOC GENERAL INFORMATION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Roseburg VA Medical Center, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97471 intends to release a Request for Proposal Solicitation for construction services to upgrade the security camera system at Roseburg Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC), North Bend Community Based Outpatient Clinic CBOC, and Brookings CBOC. The CBOCs fall under the domain of the Roseburg VA Medical Campus. The work will include repairs and upgrades to the security camera hardware and software system. Work shall include installation of the upgraded system and components such as cameras for this project. All work shall meet SOW, drawings, and specification requirements provided by the VA and the Engineering design firm of record as well as any applicable manufacturers installation methods and procedures. All measurements, room square footage and quantities are estimated and shall be verified by the contractor. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Size Standard of $45.0 million.
