NOTICE: This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation notice. The United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA) intends on making TWO AWARDS from this ANNOUNCEMENT. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation will be accepted or acknowledged. This announcement intends on fulfilling upcoming Superfund Technical Assessment Response Team (START) requirements in Region 4 and Region 5 of the US EPA. The Superfund Division, Emergency Response branches in Region 4 and Region 5 require contractor support to provide environmental consulting services in the environmental clean-up industry. These services primarily support Region 4 (AL, FL, GA, KY, MS, NC, SC, TN) and Region 5 (IL, IN, MI, MN, OH, and WI). The RFP is NOT set-aside for small businesses, as two or more small businesses were not determined able to perform the requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services, with a small business size standard of $15 Million.
