DESCRIPTION: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Syracuse Energy Concessionaire to supply steam utility services to the Syracuse VA Medical Center located at 800 Irving Avenue, Syracuse, NY, 13210.
