3 March 2026 A virtual Pre-proposal Conference will be held via Microsoft Teams at 10:00 AM MST on 16 March 2026. This conference will cover Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). Therefore, attendance is restricted to parties with a current, certified DD Form 2345 (Military Critical Technical Data Agreement). To register, please submit the following information via email to Ms. Stephanie Tancik ([email protected]) and Ms. Carol Rogers ([email protected]) no later than 11:00 AM MST on 13 March 2026: Company Name and CAGE Code Full Name, Phone Number, and Email Address for each attendee A copy of your company's approved and completed DD Form 2345. If this form has already been provided to the Contracting Officer for this requirement, please state so in your email in lieu of attaching it again. Upon verification of your DD Form 2345, you will receive a registration confirmation and a non-transferable Microsoft Teams invitation. Please note that access to the conference will be denied for any individual who has not successfully registered. 27 February 2026 The Draft RFP Round 1 Q and A has been updated to include the complete answers for questions 28 and 84.
