PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Project #652-19-908 Install Door Openers The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd., Richmond, VA has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 652-19-908, to Install Door Openers Various Locations at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA. The Contractor s work shall include, but not limited to: Install three (3) power-operated openers on designated doors (installation materials must be compatible with current Hospital Access control systems) Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS CODE: 238290 Size Standard: $15.0 Million This solicitation is anticipated to be a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside.
