4 May 2026: PLEASE REVIEW UPLOADED ATTACHMENTS: SECTION L AND M AND APPENDICES DATED 4 MAY 2026, PROJECT MAGNITUDE INFORMATION AND FEEDBACK REQUEST FORM. THE GOVERNMENT KINDLY REQUESTS FEEDBACK ON "MACC SECTION L AND M INDUSTRY FEEDBACK". PLEASE SEND COMPLETED FORM VIA E-MAIL TO [email protected]. The Government is contemplating a Multiple Award Construction Contract for General Construction Services (MACC) that will accomplish a broad range of sustainment, maintenance, repair, alteration/renovation, and minor construction projects affecting real property facilities at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. Work performed will be complex in nature, require multiple construction trades, and may require engineering design performed by credentialed professionals. Anticipated project execution methods will fall into one of three categories: Design-Build, Construction with Limited Design or Construction Only. This indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract will be used to acquire construction work at Tinker AFB, OK as awarded on individual orders. Except as this contract may otherwise provide, if the Government’s requirements do not result in orders in the quantities described as "estimated" or "maximum" in the Schedule, that fact shall not constitute the basis for an equitable price adjustment.
