Notice of intent to use a brand name product. The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Pacific (NAVFAC Pacific) is conducting market research in accordance with FAR Part 10 to identify potential manufacturers capable of producing movement area guidance signs (MAGS) that have equal performance and listing/approval requirements as the ADB Safegate MAGS (Model: Reliance) that is manufactured by ADB Safegate. Responses from third-party distributors, pass-through resellers, or supply brokers who do not directly own the production line or manufacturing rights to a qualified equivalent product will not be considered responsive to this market survey.
