This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE to award a contract modification with Laerdal Medical Corporation. The proposed contract action is to add S3G CC On-Demand Periodic Maintenance Plan and SM Critical Care Extended Warranty to the existing contract 36C26126P0274 with Laerdal Medical Corporation to continue to provide services that support continuous operations at the VA of Southern Nevada Health Care System. This announcement constitutes the only notice of intent to sole source and synopsis of proposed action. The Department of Veteran Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, intends to modify a sole-source contract under the authority of this non-competitive acquisition as implemented by 41 U.S.C 3304(a)(1) - FAR 6.103-1 (Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements), to Laerdal Medical Corporation located at 167 Myers Corners Road, Wappingers Falls, New York, 12590-3869.
