NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Provide specialized piping expertise overseeing the Craft Labor/Corrosion Control subcontractor for field modifications at KSC including but not limited to fabrication and installation of piping spool pieces, piping & tubing supports, flared & welded tubing installations, . NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to NELSON ENGINEERING CO. under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that NELSON ENGINEERING CO. is the sole provider of Provide specialized piping expertise overseeing the Craft Labor/Corrosion Control subcontractor for field modifications at KSC including but not limited to fabrication and installation of piping spool pieces, piping & tubing supports, flared & welded tubing installations, NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Kennedy Space Center (KSC).
