The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, has a new requirement to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract for a Modernization-New Work construction for CMC Greenspace. This project will provide memorials honoring the U.S. Air Force Reserve Command mission and personnel, as well as provide new landscaping to block views of the industrial functions around the facility. Project work to include renovation of green space around B555, to include site preparation, demolition, new secondary electrical distribution, area lighting and improved landscaping. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% COMPETITIVE SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWN SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS CODE 237990- OTHER HEAVY AND CIVIL ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION. ALL SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWN SMALL BUSINESS RESPONSIBLE BIDDERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE. SITE VISIT When: On 13 AUG 2026 at 9:00 AM. Plan adequate time for the government to perform a background check and to issue a temporary pass. Ensure to inform the access point you are attending a onetime short site visit.
