ALTERATION OF THE EXISTING BUILDING WILL INCLUDE FUNCTIONAL REPAIRS, ROOF, LIGHTNING PROTECTION, EXTERIOR ENVELOPE, FIRE PROTECTION, AND HVAC SYSTEMS. SPECIAL CONSTRUCTION WILL INCLUDE VEHICLE EXHAUST EXTRACTION SYSTEM AND AUTOMATED ROLL DOORS. NEW CONSTRUCTION INCLUDES SLEEPING QUARTERS, ADMINISTRATIVE, STORAGE, AND EQUIPMENT SUPPORT AREAS AND AN APPARATUS BAY.THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 236220 WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $45,000,000.
