This is a Draft RFP for the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Facilities Acquisitions for Restoration and Modernization (FARM) III contract. The Government is soliciting feedback from industry partners to refine and clarify the Final RFP. Your comments are requested on the clarity of the tasks, the evaluation criteria, and the completeness of the proposal preparation instructions.
