The designated contracting agency intends to issue a solicitation for construction services. This is a 100% small business set-aside procurement. The proposed contract is to provide a means of executing construction efforts in support of the DTRA mission by providing construction for: 1) general test support; 2) new construction; 3) Repair and maintenance of test structures and articles; and 4) demolition and remediation on various test sites.
