COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: 1605DC-19-R-00035 Software as a Service, Cloud-Based Library System. New library management and discovery system and related migration and implementation services. i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested. ii. This solicitation document is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). When submitting an inquiry or quote, please use the reference number 1605DC-19-R-00035. iii. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01, published January 19, 2019. iv. This is requirement is unrestricted. The associated NAICS code is 541512 (Computer Systems Design Services). v. This combined solicitation/synopsis is for a new library management and discovery system and related migration and implementation services according to the attached RFQ. vi.
