The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division (NSWCCD) hereby issuing a Request for Information (RFI) from all potential sources to provide information to convert the 2nd deck of Building 1602 to an Open Storage Secret (OSS) space. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached to this RFI notice. SUBMISSION OF RESPONSES: Respondents shall provide capability statements with specific information regarding their ability to provide the required support services to meet the NSWCCD requirements. NSWCCD will only accept unclassified, electronic submissions. Responses shall be submitted via email to [email protected] by 10:00AM ET, 04 June 2026. Responses shall list N00167-26-SIMACQ-CD-83-0054 in the subject line. No phone calls shall be accepted. This notice is for market research purposes only and does NOT constitute a Request for Proposal. This notice shall not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or as a commitment of any kind by the Government. The Government is NOT seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals.
