NAVSUP FLC Pearl Harbor, US Navy Sea Warfare Development, Arctic Submarine Laboratory (ASL) intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12. The proposed contract action is for Cyber Security Engineering, test and evaluation, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) support efforts required to sustain Continuous Monitoring and execute the mandated RMF Revision 5 (NIST SP 800-53 Rev. 5) control migration for the applicable VICE and SWAT systems. These systems support the Virginia Ice Capability Equipment (VICE) and the Seawolf Arctic TEMPALT (SEAWOLF/LA-Class) mission environments. NAICS Code for this requirement is 541512 - Computer Systems Design Services, with a size standard of $34 millions of dollars. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 12.201-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
