In accordance with FAR 5.101(c), this is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Office of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Human Capital Management Office (HCMO) intends to solicit and negotiate directly with Iron Mountain Information Management, LLC of 85 New Hampshire Avenue, Suite 150, Portsmouth, New Hampshire 03801-2926. DCSA requires shuttle bus services to include regular and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant shuttle buses for DCSA employees at the Boyers, PA Iron Mountain facility. The Product Service Code (PSC) is V212 and the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 485991. The anticipated award date is December 30, 2026. The authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). Services may be deemed to be available only from the original source in the case of a follow-on contract for the continued service of shuttle buses. Iron Mountain Information Management, LLC is the only known contractor who can provide the shuttle services at the Iron Mountain facility in Boyers, PA. The buses will provide service between the outside upper parking areas and work areas inside the facility during the designated hours of operation.
