Ft. (ABOA): 7,666 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,700 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 4 Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: 1. The space cannot be in or attached to a retail mall, shopping center or building containing residential housing. 2. The building cannot be located within .20 miles of a gun store, pawn shop, adult entertainment establishment, liquor store, marijuana/cannabis distributor, methadone clinic, mortuaries, funeral home, crematories or other death care facility.
