Summary from the notice
The objective of this contract is to support the Influenza Division through the testing of human sera via hemagglutination inhibition assay as well as develop a new serology platform that is comparable to hemagglutination inhibition assay. This is Phase I of a a two phased multi-step mandatory down select solicitation. Interest for Phase I is due to the contracting officer no later than 2:00 PM EST February 7, 2025. The steps in Phase I are as follows: Letter of Interest – offerors shall email POC information to Contracting Officer Proficiency panel will be sent by CDC to intersted offerors Vendor shall email results to CDC Contracting Officer CDC Contractng Officer will notify each offeror of their pass/fail status for Phase I and if they are then able to proceed to Phase II
