The Indian Health Service (IHS) National Supply Service Center (NSSC) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma is issuing this source sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support this requirement for an online ordering platform for the purchase of office supplies for the Oklahoma City Area (OCA) divisions and NSSC (see below for details). The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 339940. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. NSSC has a requirement for an online ordering platform for the purchase of office supplies for OCA and NSSC. This platform must allow for online ordering requests with relay to NSSC for approval. Each division must have the ability to place orders for various office supplies with the capability to show alternatives for Green or Ability One items when available, search past orders and issue returns.
