Public Address System In accordance with FAR Part 15, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction services to install a VALCOM Public Address (PA) System at the Hampton VA Health Care system in Hampton, VA. The contractor will provide all transportation, specific VALCOM materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to remove and replace the existing PA System. The contractor will be providing all the elements and performing all the work. Work is composed of, but not limited to, management, permitting, demolition, construction, construction management, submittals, including general construction, structural, fire protection, hazardous material removal (if any), thermal and moisture protection, finishes, scheduling, quality control, inspection/testing, environmental protection, and project closeout. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210 with a size standard of $19 million dollars. IAW VAAR 836.204(f)(2), the estimated magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The approximate solicitation issue date will be on or around June 12th, 2026, with a site visit anticipated the following week.
