THIS WILL BE SOLICITED AS A COMPETITIVE, FIRM-FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT PROCURED IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 15, NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT, USING THE BIFURCATED BEST VALUE TRADE-OFF PROCESS. THE BIFURCATED BEST VALUE PROCESS MEANS THAT A PORTION OF TECHNICAL PROPOSALS WILL BE DUE FIRST AND EVALUATED. BY AMENDMENT, REQUESTS FOR PRICING AND SMALL BUSINESS INFORMATION WILL SUPPORT THE FINAL EVALUATION.
