SET ASIDE & CLASSIFICATION Set Aside: **100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)**Â NAICS: **236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction**Â PSC: **Y1PZ Construction of Other Non Building Facilities** 3. PROJECT OVERVIEW BASE BID (CLIN 0001): Provide labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct the stormwater infrastructure improvements shown in the plans and specifications, including installation of underground stormwater detention and irrigation.
