Industry Day Announcement - Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) / Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) located in Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska Please join us 26 October 2026 for an Industry Day hosted by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District Office for the construction of an Area Maintenance Support Activity (AMSA) / Vehicle Maintenance Shop (VMS) located in Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. The Government is planning to issue a single construction contract solicitation for the construction of a one-story AMSA / VMS consisting of approximately 13,000 gross square feet to provide the following functions: a. Vehicle Maintenance Work bays b. Tool and Parts Storage c. Office Space d. Classroom/Break Area e. Commo/Elec Repair Shop f. Fluids Areas (Controlled Waste/Flammable Storage/Fluids Distribution) g. Building Support Functions (Toilet Rooms, Mechanical Room, Electrical Room, TR, EF, Janitors Closet, Lactation Room) h. SATS Canopy detached from main AMSA building i. Covered Wash Rack detached from main AMSA building j. Bi-Level loading Ramp l. Water treatment facility m.
