2025 FALL OPEN SEASON Update August 26, 2025 In support of the OCONUS Vehicle Program, GSA is providing the following update for the FY25 Fall Open Season period. The following attachments are hereby incorporated: 1) Updated Line Item Estimated Quantity List The Government invites vendors to submit proposed vehicle makes and models in support of the Fall Open Season that meet the technical requirements of each line item, which may include other than U.S. or designated country end products. All submissions will be reviewed, and where no U.S. or designated country end products are available, the Government may prepare a non-availability determination to authorize procurement of other than U.S. or designated country end products if deemed necessary and advantageous. Please note that both the Bid Intention Period and the Comment Collector periods are now closed. No new makes and models will be accepted with the exception of those noted above.
