Amendment 4 is being issued to provide FFDG's responses to questions submitted by prospective offerors regarding RFP DH-377725. The consolidated Questions and Answers (Q&A) are provided as an attachment to this amendment and shall be considered when preparing proposals. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. ***************************************** Amendment 3 is being issued to extend the proposal due date from October 9, 2026, to October 16, 2026, to allow additional time for the forthcoming Q&A amendment to be processed and issued.
