This requirement is for a global enterprise mobile telecommunications solution supporting approximately 150–200 voice and data lines across the United States, Europe, North Africa, the Pacific, and Central America. The contractor must provide multi-carrier access, 4G/5G voice and data services, always-on international roaming, SIM/eSIM provisioning, and a secure management portal with usage analytics, billing transparency, rate optimization, and SLA monitoring. The solution must support ABMC-furnished Apple devices and integrate with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management, encryption enforcement, and remote wipe capability, while complying with Section 889 and federal cybersecurity supply chain requirements. ABMC understands that it will take time to form teams and to prepare a proposal and that the geographical range of this RFP is vast.
