Amendment 0007 The purpose of Amendment 0007 is to clarify that the Government’s minimum requirements for CLIN 0001 is for a Rope Rescue course covering Awareness and Operations level competencies in accordance with NFPA 1006 chapter 5. Note ProBoard certification is not required for this training. This satisfies the prerequisite competencies required for the subsequent Confined Space training. As a result, the following changes are made: CLIN 0001 description is revised to: Rope Rescue - 32 Hours. Course shall cover Awareness and Operations-level competencies in accordance with NFPA 1006 Chapter 5. ProBoard certification is NOT required for this training. SOW Section 4.1 is updated to: ..the contractor shall provide a 32-hour Rope Rescue course covering Awareness and Operations-level competencies in accordance with NFPA 1006 Chapter 5. (Note: This course satisfies the prerequisite competencies required for the subsequent Confined Space training under Section 4.2; ProBoard certification for the Rope Rescue course itself is not required).
