COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION NOTICE DESCRIPTION DETAILS The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Orlando VA Healthcare System, Network Contracting Office 8, is soliciting offers with the intent of awarding a lease with sufficient rentable square footage to yield a minimum of 11,040 to a maximum of 12,000 of American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA) Occupant Area (ABOA) square feet (SF) of Medical Office and related space in Titusville, Florida. The space shall have a minimum of 80 parking spaces available. A lease up to 15 Years will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: North: Parrish Road South: Tico Road East: Washington Ave Rt 1 West: I-95 Only Existing buildings will be considered. However, if not a Newly Constructed Building, the Space offered shall be in a Building that has undergone modernization or adaptive reuse for the Space with modern conveniences and must be ready for occupancy no later than November 1, 2026.
