Amendment 0002 extends Solicitation Due date to 6 April 2026 at 1100 PST, updates specification 01 33 29-A, updates specification 12 50 00.13 10, provides As-Built Drawings for AIE Training Tower, and provides specification 00 45 00 Attachment A. The Seattle District is soliciting a project to construct a multi-building Special Tactics Complex for the 125 Special Tactics Squadron (STS). The project will consolidate the STS functions from several older, inadequate facilities into a centrally located complex to support Unit Command, Squadron Operations, Communications, Dive Locker, Human Performance Program, Aircrew Flight Equipment, Combat Arms Training and Maintenance, Simulators, Logistics, Mission Alert Storage, Individual Equipment Storage, Vehicle Maintenance, and Vehicle Storage. NOTE: This Solicitation will require a CMMC Level 2 (C2PAO) certification. Due to controlled unclassified information in Plans and Specifications, interested Contractors must be vetted prior to receipt of those documents. Please provide your CAGE number, Current CMMC level certification, and Point of Contact to the contract specialist at [email protected] for vetting. Once CMMC level is confirmed you will be provided access to the controlled unclassified Plans and Specifications for this project.
