(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement, and its attachments, constitute the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested for fuel requirements for Customer Organized Group (COG) 8, which includes the states of Montana, Oregon, Idaho, and Washington. (ii) The Solicitation number is SPE600-16-R-0221, and it is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-87-1. (iv) The NAICS code for this procurement is 324110. This acquisition has not been set-aside for small businesses and is issued under full and open competition (v) See Attachment A, "Line Item Narratives Schedule B," for a list of contract line item numbers, quantities, and units of measure.
