SPECIAL NOTICE – NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, intends to award a sole?source, firm?fixed?price contract to San?I?Pak Pacific, Inc. for factory?authorized maintenance and warranty support services for existing San?I?Pak autoclave systems at the Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center. This requirement will be processed under the authority of FAR 6.302?1, Only One Responsible Source. This notice is not a solicitation or request for quotes. Vendors that believe they can provide all required services for the existing San?I?Pak autoclave systems may submit a capability statement no later than October 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM CDT. Responses should demonstrate the ability to perform comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance, provide OEM parts/warranty support, and furnish emergency service coverage for the current installed systems. The Government will review responses solely to determine whether additional sources exist. A determination not to compete the proposed action is solely at the discretion of the Government. Responses shall be emailed to [email protected] with the subject line: “Response to Special Notice – STX San I Pak Autoclave Warranty Service.”
