This Sources Sought announcement is being amended to include the RFI document (2 pages) that was inadvertently left out of the previous posting. I. DISCLAIMER a. The Government is conducting market research to identify qualified firms capable of performing an independent code review and software development pipeline modernization for the ShakeAlert Earthquake Early Warning (EEW) Production System. This Request for Information (RFI) announcement seeks capability statements from interested vendors. b. The Government will not pay any costs incurred in the preparation of information for responding to this market survey or the Government¿s use of the information. Any information submitted by respondents to this RFI is strictly voluntary. All submissions become Government property and will not be returned. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Government will not provide feedback. c. The US Geological Survey Acquisition Team (GSAT) is not, at the time, seeking proposals or quotes and will not accept unsolicited proposals or quotes. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future procurements. II.
