The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis this requirement. This requirement is sole sourced to Bureau Veritas Certification, North America, Inc., 16800 Greenspoint Park Dr. Suite 300S, Houston, TX 77060 for 1) Recertification Audit Base Year + 2 Option Years, due to this being a continuation of previous audit standards and continuing the recertification is critical by using the same vendor.
