1) The Army Contracting Command, 413th Contract Support Brigade (CSB), Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Hawaii (HI) has a requirement to provide solid waste management services at Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA) and Kawaihae Dock (K-Dock) on the (Big Island) of Hawaii. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract and adhere to all local, and Federal regulation for solid waste management services. 2) Contract Set aside: This action will be set aside 100% to Small Business. 3) Contract Type and Period of Performance: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Requirement contract with Period of Performance for the base year, 1 Oct 2019 to 30 Sep 2020 with four (4)one year option(s). This acquisition will be solicited under National American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code 562111, Solid Waste Collection. The small business size standard is $38.5 million. 4) Interested Vendors are highly encourage to submit the following factors upon submission of quote. (See addendum to FAR 52.212-2) for details. 5) Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for any RFQ amendments. The RFQ and any/all amendments will be posted and available for viewing and downloading on Federal Business Opportunities (FBO.gov).
