The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division at China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competitive basis. This requirement is sole sourced to It's A Gas, Inc., 4721 Arrow Hwy. STE. C., Montclair, CA. 91763, for 1) 244 CO Helium UN1046-Helium Fill and Canisters – 48 Each as these are direct replacement of 48 helium filled tanks. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response to [email protected] no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-D840000/E840000-0004 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm’s experience, assets, background, and ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, and schedule.
